For security reasons, we cannot open email attachments. However, you can upload your documents by logging into the UIC Portal at https://my.uic.edu. Please be sure to write your UIN on every page of documentation you submit and to print legibly within the appropriate sections of the form.

  • From the list of “Financial Aid Pages,” select “Home,” where your Student Requirements will be listed.
  • Choose the specific requirement, click “Choose File,” and then “Submit.”
  • If your upload is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message stating that the document was “Successfully Submitted and is Pending Review.”
  • Please write your UIN on every page of documentation you submit and to print legibly within the appropriate sections of the form.

If you’re unable to upload from home, students are welcome to use the scanning stations available in our office.
